The JALAS Exalter 9988 GTX is a mid‑cut safety shoe that brings GORE‑TEX waterproofing together with lightweight comfort and dependable protection. Its sock‑like construction, microfiber upper and side‑mounted BOA® Fit System create a secure, easy‑adjusting fit that stays comfortable through long shifts. With advanced shock absorption, strong traction and full S3 protection, it’s built for demanding environments where staying dry, stable and supported really matters.

  • A mid‑cut, ergonomically shaped design with a padded shaft edge, ventilating insole and soft, flexible materials provides a comfortable fit for narrow, narrow/regular, regular and wide feet while offering extra ankle support.

  • S3, SRC, WR and HRO protection comes from the aluminum toecap, plasma‑treated composite (PTC) textile nail protection and fully waterproof GORE‑TEX construction, all compliant with EN ISO 20345:2011, DGUV 112‑191 and ÖNORM Z 1259.

  • The heat‑resistant and oil‑resistant nitrile outsole delivers excellent grip and stability, supported by a stabilizator and double shock‑absorption zones featuring PORON® XRD™ and the Ergothan Shock Absorption System for reduced strain on feet and back.

  • Anti‑static and ESD‑approved performance (IEC 61340‑5‑1) helps protect sensitive environments while minimizing static buildup during movement.

When will my order ship?

We aim to have all non-imprinted orders shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping method selection is handled automatically to ensure the best delivery option.

Please note that delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather are outside of our control.
How do returns work?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you expected, you can request a return directly from your order page using the 'Request Return' option.

Once your request is submitted, it goes directly to our Support Team. If the item is eligible, we’ll email you with return instructions. An approved RMA is required before sending any items back.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in new, resalable condition with original tags and packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet eligibility requirements before a refund is issued.
