How can I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience. Your information is always protected with the highest security standards.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can easily track your order! If you sign up for the free Shop app by Shopify, you’ll receive automatic updates on your shipment every step of the way. Even if you don’t use the app, we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships — and you’ll receive notifications when it’s shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. You can also use your tracking number directly with the carrier to follow your package from start to finish.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected, but you’ll receive tracking updates every step of the way to keep you informed.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we’re happy to accept a return as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and the return is initiated within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for returns not related to damage or defects, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, in some cases, a supplier restocking fee may apply, which would also be the customer’s responsibility. Used items are not eligible for return.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship orders using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size of your order and delivery location. You'll receive a tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Simply select your preferred faster shipping method during checkout, and your order will be prioritized for quicker delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping during special promotions or on select products. When free shipping is available, it will be clearly announced on our website along with the specific conditions to qualify. Details such as minimum purchase amounts, eligible products, or limited-time offers will always be outlined so you know exactly how to take advantage of it.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order ships, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to help locate or replace your order. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in returnable condition. If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a supplier restocking fee may apply in some cases. Used items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Starting a return is easy! Just call us or email us, and our support team will gladly walk you through the process quickly and efficiently.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If your return is due to a damaged or defective product, we’ll cover all shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. In some cases, a supplier restocking fee may also apply.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and verified to be in returnable condition, we’ll process your refund within 2–3 business days. After we issue the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank and may take several additional business days.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, simply return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you need.
