How can I place an order?

Ordering is quick and easy! Simply browse our products, add what you need to your cart, and complete checkout in just a few clicks. If you have any questions or need help along the way, our friendly support team is ready to assist.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience. Your information is always protected with the highest security standards.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can easily track your order! If you sign up for the free Shop app by Shopify, you’ll receive automatic updates on your shipment every step of the way. Even if you don’t use the app, we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you’ll receive notifications when it’s shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. You can also use your tracking number directly with the carrier to follow your package from start to finish.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We aim to have all non-imprinted orders shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping method selection is handled automatically to ensure the best delivery option.

Please note that delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather are outside of our control.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet. At this time, we ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future as we grow.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we’re happy to accept a return as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and the return is initiated within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for returns not related to damage or defects, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, in some cases, a supplier restocking fee may apply, which would also be the customer’s responsibility. Used items are not eligible for return.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship orders using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size of your order and delivery location. You'll receive a tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Simply select your preferred faster shipping method during checkout, and your order will be prioritized for quicker delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping during special promotions or on select products. When free shipping is available, it will be clearly announced on our website along with the specific conditions to qualify. Details such as minimum purchase amounts, eligible products, or limited-time offers will always be outlined so you know exactly how to take advantage of it.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order ships, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to help locate or replace your order. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim as needed.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in returnable condition. Items that have been worn or used aren’t eligible for return. Custom or imprinted items are final sale.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of it right away.

How do I start a return?

You can request a return directly from your order page using the Request Return option. Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and email you with next steps if the item is eligible. An approved RMA is required before sending anything back.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For standard returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS and keeping your tracking number for your records.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and let us know what happened so we can help make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within a few business days after the return arrives at our facility, though your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to finalize it on their end.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We don’t offer direct exchanges just yet, but getting the item you want is still super easy. Simply request a return for the original product, and once that’s submitted, you can place a new order whenever you’re ready. This helps you get the right item faster and keeps everything moving smoothly.
