The Portwest INS215 Nomex Essential 6oz Insulated Parka delivers premium inherent flame‑resistant protection, exceptional warmth, and rugged durability for high‑hazard, cold‑weather environments. The outer shell is constructed from a 6oz Nomex® Essential blend of 93% Nomex®, 5% Kevlar®, and 2% carbon fiber, providing long‑lasting FR performance with no‑melt, no‑drip behavior. Inside, a Bizflame 88/12 FR lining and 14oz Westex® FR modacrylic insulation work together with a built‑in wind and vapor barrier to deliver outstanding thermal protection in extreme conditions.
